Really nice comparison of the iPhone and the n900
I like the n900. OK, so it's got a resistive screen, and everyone is banging on about how good capacitive screens are, but Nokia is from the cold place up north, where people wear gloves, which don't work with capactitive screens. In any case I have promised to reserve judgement until I've had a play. All the youtube videos look good...
It's true that you probably wont be able to get it subsidised, mostly due to the openness of the device. I particually like the integrated skype/voip/gsm dialer app that comes as standard, that alone makes it a more viable option than alot of other units (I think blackberrys do this, but only at enterprise level and with vodafone).
